3 Point Training are Port Melbourne's leading personal trainers.

We deliver results through our evidence based and highly personalised approach to coaching. We specialise in improving body composition and strength and cater to beginners all the way up to elite strength and physique athletes.  Since we arrived in Port Melbourne our goal has been to create the premier 1:1 evidence based personal training studio in the area. We have worked very hard over the last few years to build a team of coaches that hold the same beliefs and values and create a training environment where everyone feels welcome. 

Our Premium Membership/ PT waitlist is designed for two things:

  1. For those clients that ARE NOT looking for regular face to face sessions but would like a structured plan and accountability to a coach to help them get results.

  2. For those clients who ARE looking for personal training but our current coaching schedule is full. Essentially you will go through the regular on-boarding process and be coached online until your coach has spots free up for face to face sessions.

As part of your coaching you will receive:

  • FREE initial health & exercise screening to ensure your coach has all the information they need to design your plan

  • 1 x 60 minute PT session with your very own coach at the start of every 5 week training block. This is where your coach will take you through you whole program to ensure you know what you're doing across the 5 weeks.

  • Personalised programming to ensure you have the best chance of success. Programming is broken down into 5 week training cycles. After the 5 weeks a new training block is developed.

  • Personalised nutrition consulting to compliment your training.

  • Weekly check ins to ensure you're on track to achieve your goals. This is where you will touch base with your coach and they can make all the necessary changes for the following week.

  • 24/7 coach support 

  • Access to 3PT online coaching group where you have access to plenty of educational content from all our coaches.

  • Subscription to the 3PT weekly email so you can stay up to date with all the latest at 3PT

  • FREE access to all 3PT workshops during the year

Over 8 months Tiffany achieved her goal of competing in her first fitness show. She dropped 10kg over 8 months through regular and consistent resistance training and following a personalised nutrition plan. She showed huge levels of commitment to achieve this goal and she was rewarded with multiple placings and even an Overall Female Physique award.
