INGREDIENTS
1 Small spring water tuna can
70g Cottage cheese
¼ Red onion
1 Small celery stick
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Slices of light rye bread
1 Slice fat free cheese
METHOD
Mix the tuna and cottage cheese in a bowel
Cut celery and red onion in small pieces and mix with tuna and cottage
Add salt and pepper
Preheat oven
Spread Dijon mustard on bread and add cheese and tuna mix to make sandwich
Place into oven until bread is toasted and cheese melted
