Tuna Sandwich

  • 1 Small spring water tuna can

  • 70g Cottage cheese

  • ¼ Red onion

  • 1 Small celery stick

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 Slices of light rye bread

  • 1 Slice fat free cheese


  • Mix the tuna and cottage cheese in a bowel

  • Cut celery and red onion in small pieces and mix with tuna and cottage

  • Add salt and pepper

  • Preheat oven

  • Spread Dijon mustard on bread and add cheese and tuna mix to make sandwich

  • Place into oven until bread is toasted and cheese melted
