  • Uncle Ben’s rice packet (or other similar variant)

  • 200g Coles mixed frozen vegetables


METHOD


  • Steam vegetables until cooked

  • Place rice packet in the microwave for 90 seconds

  • Drain tuna can

  • Mix ingredients together
