INGREDIENTS
¾ Cup high protein pasta (i.e Rotini)
100g Prawns
Cherry tomatoes
Zucchini
50g Canned corn
50g Frozen peas
Basil leaves
A squeeze of lime
Salt and pepper
METHOD
Bring water to boil and cook pasta
Fry prawns and add frozen peas soon after
When prawns are almost done add tomatoes, corn, basil and zucchini to heat
Once cooked, remove from pan and add a squeeze of lime
Season with salt and pepper
