INGREDIENTS


  • 1 Banana

  • 50g Oats

  • Scoop of whey protein

  • 150g Chobani yoghurt

  • 150ml Low fat milk

  • 100g Mixed berries (ice blocks if you want it thicker)


METHOD


  • Combine all ingredients into nutri-bullet or other blender and blend until smooth
