  • ¾ Cup quick oats

  • 30 g Protein powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 18g Peanut butter

  • Fruit of choice


  • Add water to quick oats in a bowl.

  • Microwave for 1.5 minutes and then as necessary to get consistency right

  • Add protein powder, cinnamon, peanut butter and mix

  • Add any extra toppings
