You have to give these tasty meatballs a try! Quick and easy to prepare with heaps of flavour.

INGREDIENTS


  • 140g Bush Tomato Kangaroo Meatballs

  • 75g Steam fresh carrot, broccoli, corn mix

  • 125g Rice and Quinoa Quick cup

  • 10g Honey

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 5g Minced garlic


METHOD


  • Cook meatballs in a pan with garlic

  • Heat up rice and quinoa, as well as frozen vegetables.

  • Add them into a bowl

  • Break up meatballs in half and place on top of rice/ vegetables

  • Add condiments on top
