INGREDIENTS
140g Bush Tomato Kangaroo Meatballs
75g Steam fresh carrot, broccoli, corn mix
125g Rice and Quinoa Quick cup
10g Honey
2 tbsp Soy sauce
5g Minced garlic
METHOD
Cook meatballs in a pan with garlic
Heat up rice and quinoa, as well as frozen vegetables.
Add them into a bowl
Break up meatballs in half and place on top of rice/ vegetables
Add condiments on top
