INGREDIENTS


  • 200g (raw) Chicken breast

  • 100g Wholemeal pita

  • 60g Mushroom

  • 50g Capsicum

  • 50g Spinach

  • 5g Minced garlic

  • 30g Australian light tasty cheese

  • 133g Pumpkin raw

  • 50g Broccoli

  • 2 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce


METHOD


  • Cook chicken breast and pre heat oven to 180 degrees

  • Apply sauce to the pita bread

  • Add all condimentsAdd cheese on top

  • Cook until crust is slightly brown
