It's been announced that once Victoria hits 70% first dose vaccination, 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 outdoor PT can resume! An official date is yet to be announced but the expected start is between September 19th and September 23rd.

With that being said 3PT are now taking inquires to work with one of their 8 coaches in a 1:1 or 2:1 capacity!

Who Are We?


3 Point Training are Port Melbourne's leading personal trainers.

We deliver results through our evidence based and highly personalised approach to coaching. We specialise in improving body composition and strength and cater to beginners all the way up to elite strength and physique athletes.  Since we arrived in Port Melbourne our goal has been to create the premier 1:1 evidence based personal training studio in the area. We have worked very hard over the last few years to build a team of coaches that hold the same beliefs and values and create a training environment where everyone feels welcome. 

About Outdoor Coaching

Our aim for outdoor PT is to replicate what we do in the studio as best we can. The training that gets you results remains the same and we simply have to adapt it to what we have available to us outdoors. We are leaving no stone unturned and you will have access to a huge range of equipment including:

  • Barbells and weights plates

  • Dumbbells

  • Benches

  • Squat racks

  • Kettlebells

And more! This means you will still be able to do really good and effective strength based sessions! 

We do the training at the Graham St Skate Park on the green turf. It's the perfect area for outdoor PT and even has a large undercover area in case it rains! Finally, yes we do run early morning and evening sessions. Although it is a little dark there is definitely enough light to train!

Tiff Finnen

Over 8 months Tiffany achieved her goal of competing in her first fitness show. She dropped 10kg over 8 months through regular and consistent resistance training and following a personalised nutrition plan. She showed huge levels of commitment to achieve this goal and she was rewarded with multiple placings and even an Overall Female Physique award. 


Emma Attard

Emma completed the 3PT 15 Week Female Hypertrophy Program. As you can see, Emma made significant changes to her body composition as well as increasing her strength across many of her lifts.


Mitz Metaxas

Mitz is one of the hardest workers you'll ever meet. At only 18, Mitz can squat and deadlift 200+ kg and this was the result of a 12 week cut where he lost 8kg.


Steve Heppell

Steve once again was able to show great commitment to following the process set out by his coach. He completed resistance training 4-5 days per week as well as a nutrition intervention personalised for him. Over this time he dropped 12kg to reveal a great physique at the end of it all.
