Since we arrived in Port Melbourne our goal has been to create the premier 1:1 evidence based personal training studio in the area. The 3PT studio is a small private studio with great family environment. We don't have 100's of people flowing in and out each day and you'll always have a coach on hand to assist with any questions you might have. Given the current climate we also have strict Covid policies to ensure we keep as safe studio but with the least amount of interruption to your training experience. 


Our 3 memberships range from basic access all the way to fully guided programming!

  • Our standard membership simply gets you access to our fully equiped strength training studio. 

  • Our programmed membership gets you access to the studio plus a coach will provide you with a 10 week personalised program.

  • Our premium membership gets you access to the studio whilst working closely with a coach who will provide you with a full training and nutrition plan with weekly check ins.

Tiff competed in her first fitness show with 3PT

Tiff came to 3PT with the aim to compete in her first physique competition. Over 6 months, Tiff lost 10kg and had an unbelievable debut year. This result was multiple placings included 4 first placings and most notably winning Overall Female Champion at the Bendigo Classic.


Steve lost 12kg and got in the best shape of his life

Over 8 months Steve lost 12kg to reveal a very impressive physique. Steve was already an extremely hard worker in the gym and when this was complimented with some guided training and nutrition from his 3PT coach he was able to achieve an incredible result. 


Emma dramatically changed her body composition in 15 weeks with 3PT

Over 15 weeks Emma lost 4kg with a 3PT coach and as you can see, made some significant changes to her  body composition. Emma completed our 15 Week Female Hypertrophy Program.


Demetrius dropped 8kg in a 12 week cut with his 3PT coach

Demetrius is phenomenal young athlete. At 18 he already has a very impressive powerlifting total and took out multiple awards in his first year of competing. Given powerlifting is in weight classes, Demetrius underwent a 12 week cut to keep his body fat in check and finished with a great result.
