3PT offers a small number of memberships to its private strength training facility. We have kept numbers capped to we maintain a great member experience and all gym members are provided with training and nutrition resources to help guide their training.

Kayla has been outstanding from day 1 and the results show. Kayla came with the goal of improving body composition but also finding a training and nutrition structure that keep her compliant and enjoying it over a long period of time was super important to her. Previously she had been very stop, start with her training.
The plan was relatively simple as her body composition goals were not very immediate.
What Kayla was able to do really well was keep her bandwidth of variation from the above very small for a long period as opposed to large swings in rigid restrictions and then non compliance. This meant they were very much lifestyle changes that have obviously served her very well.

Overall, my comp prep journey was amazing and I have come out of it healthy, happy & maintaining a lean physique on higher calories & healthier mindset than when I started (not something that a lot of competitors can say). So, whether it be for a comp prep, general weight loss / fitness / health / wellbeing I couldn’t recommend the 3PT crew more highly. 3PT are my fit fam! The team & members are amazing & I love them.
Over 8 months Steve lost 12kg to reveal a very impressive physique. Steve was already an extremely hard worker in the gym and when this was complimented with some guided training and nutrition from his 3PT coach he was able to achieve an incredible result.
